Securing AmbiClip Rail After removing the adhesive backing and pressing the cliprail onto the insulation, insert the barbed clips through the rail where additional mechanical restraint is required. Rail positions and spacing should follow the project-specific UFH design. Additional pipe retention Individual clips can also be inserted directly over the 16mm pipe where extra support is needed between cliprails or around bends. They supplement the rail system rather than replacing the main cliprail layout. Pack allowance Each bag contains 200 clips and is recommended for approximately 33m² of total floor area. Actual consumption will depend on the number of rails, substrate condition, pipe layout and additional fixing required around bends.
